3 for the service- Kaytlin helped us this morning and she's really "rough around the edges". Maybe needs more training? I saw another girl helping people and she was smiling and happy and so personable and I could tell the difference immediately. I wish the other girl had helped me. A smile in the service industry goes long ways. The food was good.

Despite the excellent donuts and coffee, Donut Bank in Henderson leaves quite a bit to be desired.

A large problem the location has not fixed in several weeks is their drive-through signage. While originally a cute set of menus that looked like they'd actually hired someone with graphic design knowledge (a rarity with local run places), a combination of moisture and heat from the bulbs has literally burned the poster board on which the menu is printed, making half their offerings unreadable.

The second letdown of this location: they sell bagels, but you cannot get them toasted. Apparently one has to be certified to handle food to be able to toast a bagel, something none of the servers at this location are certified to do.

Long story short: If you want a toasted bagel from this location you have to go inside, order, then drop your newly purchased bagel into a $20 toaster from Wal-Mart and wait it out.

Perhaps I'm being a jerk and not getting the certification was a HUGE cost-saving move for this location, but in the end when I can stop by several other coffee places (including other Donut Bank locations) on my route and get a toasted bagel in the time it takes for me to roll up to a drive-through, I'm gonna pass on this one.
